Great book for those interested in Buddhism and mindfulness, specifically in the Tibetan culture and costumes of this topic.

As the tittle suggest, this book is best of you read it "gradually" and take it slow. And even go back to it multiple times, as there is so much information inside.

The book is a combination of modern western psychology, and Buddhism.

This book can be informative for the curios reader, or it could represent a possible path to someone that is looking for a more personal practice of Buddhism and personal growth.

That being said, I doubt that this book alone will make your entire path for awakening.
Although a nice read, I believe than more than one book should be studied when something so profound is the goal. Specially considering that no path is "THE" right one for every single individual.

I really enjoyed the scientific evidence found throughout this book. I am a believer in the spiritual path, but I also know the value of scientific studies and for me, personally, it makes it easier to grasp a concept, idea, or fact, then both the spiritual and material blend seamlessly.
